CA R. Sridhar qualified in 1987, commenced practice in Trivandrum. Later in 1988 he established a firm of Chartered Accountants with its head quarters at Thiruvananthapuram under the name and style of Sri Narayan Associates. In 2004. the name of the firm was changed to Sridhar & Co.

Commenced with two partners, the firm is presently having Ten partners and one full time Chartered Accountant employee and extended its area of operations to Kochi, Chennai.

We are also an affiliate of BATGACH, a network approved by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and we have affiliates at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Siluguri, Silchar & Indore.

We are providing wide range of professional services as per the rules and regulations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Our strength lies in the adaptability to the rapidly changing knowledge and technological environments. Professional Excellency is our motto.

Our professional team is headed by Sri. R. Sridhar, a Chartered Accountant with wide experience and is the founder of the firm.

We provide all services except public issue of shares and listing of companies and we look forward for an opportunity to extend our experience to these areas also.
